We can all fall into bad habits, and its our mindset and correct thinking that will pull us out of it. We all struggle with morning routines and need to find a sense of purpose to get up every day. As we have a big mission it is up to us to crush every day and have the right mindset to go about our day.
I will share with you the foundations I have implemented for many years, however it is best to listen to your body.
Morning Routine
Wake up - Wake up to calming music
Coffee & Read a book
Break
Meditate - 10 minutes - #meditationmountain on Spotify
Breakfast - Create to do list for the day - Utilize #todo by Microsoft
Depending on how big your breakfast
Gym workout - Heavy breakfast
Home workout - Light breakfast
Action Urgent tasks
Mind Training
Cold Shower - Look like a Million Dollars - How you look plays a big role in how your day will go.
Try avoid traffic leave at 9:30am
There is nothing stopping you from working before 9:30am this just works as I prefer to sit in traffic for 30 minutes not 1 hour.
